Welcome to TheraTrack, a service provided by TechBartender ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile app, and related services ("Service").

By using TheraTrack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a contract to use our services.
  2. Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up and to keep it updated.
  3. Use of the Platform: Use TheraTrack only for lawful purposes and maintain confidentiality of client data.
  4. Data & Compliance: You are responsible for compliance with local laws including HIPAA or GDPR.
  5. Subscriptions & Payments: Subscriptions are billed as per plan. Pricing may change with notice. No refunds unless required by law.
  6. Service Availability: We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
  7. Termination: You may cancel anytime. We may suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
  8. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.
  9. Modifications: Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use implies acceptance.
  10. Refund Policy: All purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any portion of the subscription fee paid, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination of your account. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of TheraTrack. By subscribing to TheraTrack, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
